I currently do not accept other insurances, but I will provide a superbill invoice for out of network benefits.

 

For self pay, I accept check, HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards.

• Initial, diagnostic appointment (60 min): $295

• Follow up appointments (50-55 min): $275

• Consultations and Supervision (50-55 min): $275
